The entire family tree of Mirzapur Season 3 : A brief synopsis as the fight between Kaleen bhaiya and Guddu Pandit rages

Let us take a quick look at the main characters and the families involved in this brutal struggle for power before to the release of Mirzapur Season 3.

This Friday will see the much awaited return of Mirzapur Season 3, which has been on Amazon Prime Video for the past four years. The teaser for the upcoming season suggests a titanic battle for the Mirzapur crown between Ali Fazal’s Guddu Pandit and Pankaj Tripathi’s Kaleen Bhaiya. Given that Mirzapur is a maze, let’s take a moment to review the main players and the families involved in this brutal struggle for dominance.

 

The Family of Tripathi

Akhandanand Tripathi, also known as Kaleen Bhaiya, is where Pankaj Tripathi’s story of Mirzapur begins. He is the influential don of Mirzapur and is involved in the narcotics and weapon trades. He is renowned for his cool-headed yet terrifying personality. He rules the area with an iron grip and faces numerous aspirants to the throne. Among them was Munna (Divyenndu Sharma), his own son, who desired to assassinate his father and take the throne. But in Season 2, the main enemy of his family, Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal), kills him in an attempt to take control. Satyanand (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) learns about his daughter-in-law Beena’s (Rasika Dugal) adulterous romance with Raja, a household staff, and her discontentment with Kaleen Bhaiya. He has sex with her and gets her pregnant as a kind of punishment. In Season 2, Satyanand is brutally killed by Beena as payback. Aspiring Beena assists Guddu Pandit in his fight against Kaleen Bhaiya by letting them know when to assault Munna and him, which ultimately results in Munna’s demise.

 

The Family of Pandit

Munna shows up at an unannounced wedding in Season 1 and murders the groom. The parents of the departed groom turn to the honorable attorney Ramakant Pandit for justice. Munna, however, also makes her way to Ramakant’s residence with a threat to withdraw the case against him. Following a fight, Munna was defeated by Ramakant’s sons, Guddu Pandit and Bablu Pandit (Vikrant Massey). When Kaleen Bhaiya notices that the Pandit brothers are not going to submit to his son, he gives them a job. Munna becomes irritated by this and swears to take Mirzapur from his father. When Munna and Guddu discover they have a mutual affection for Sweety Gupta (Shriya Pilgaonkar), their rivalry intensifies. After a dispute, Kaleen Bhaiya feels frightened by Guddu’s bold behavior, which leads him to give Munna the order to assassinate Guddu Pandit.

Munna arrives for a wedding that Bablu, Sweety, Sweety’s sister Golu (Shweta Tripathi), and Guddu are all attending. By now, Guddu and Sweety are wed, and Sweety is expecting his first kid. Munna murders Bablu Pandit and her when he learns of this. But Guddu, Golu, and his sister Dimpy Pandit are able to flee.

In Season 2, a wounded Guddu begins to recover and gets ready to take Golu and Mirzapur from Kaleen Bhaiya. Kaleen Bhaiya soon finds out that Guddu has teamed up with his adversary Lala and is still alive. Guddu waits for the ideal moment to attack them while Munna expands his business and Kaleen Bhaiya becomes preoccupied with politics. Guddu receives assistance from Beena, who tells him that Munna and Kaleen Bhaiya are the ones with the least amount of security at the last Satyanand rituals. Munna and Kaleen debate about who should rule Mirzapur during the last rituals. Munna resolves to assassinate his father when Beena succeeds in escalating their conflict. But they make up quickly. Munna is killed by Guddu and Golu’s attack on them in the meantime. But Kaleen Bhaiya succeeds in getting away.

The Family of Gupta

Inspector Gupta Ji, who works for Kaleen Bhaiya, wants Munna to marry his elder daughter Sweety. But Sweety marries Guddu Pandit because she falls in love with him. Gupta Ji wants to exact revenge on Munna for killing Sweety during the wedding because his daughter died. But Kaleen Bhaiya requests that he put Sweety out of his mind and concentrate on locating Golu.

 

The Family of Shukla

In the television series Mirzapur, Shubrajyoti Barat plays the role of Rati Shankar Shukla, a well-known adversary. He is the leader of a strong Jaunpur-based crime family and a rival of Kaleen Bhaiya. To rule Mirzapur is his goal. In the first season, Rati begs Guddu and Bablu to come with him from Kaleen Bhaiya, but they turn him down and ultimately murder him. Anjum Sharma’s character Sharad Shukla, who has avoided the criminal world up until this point, resolves to exact revenge on his father’s killers and seize control of Mirzapur. He partners with Munna to expand his father Kaleen Bhaiya’s business, only to win their trust and launch an attack when the moment is opportune.

 

The Family of Tyagi

Dadda Tyagi is a car thief who sells stolen autos on the black market. Shatrughan, his younger son, and Bharat, his elder son, are his twin sons. The Tripathi family and the Tyagi family cross paths as they attack Kaleen Bhaiya’s vehicle containing illicit weapons. The Tyagi family eventually teams up with the Tripathi family and agrees to do the illicit weapons business jointly because Bharat and Sharad are pals. Golu contacts Shatrughan in the meantime to work out a deal with her and Guddu’s opium business. Dadda Tyagi confronts Shatrughan after learning of this. As the conversation gets heated, there is a shooting that ends with one of his sons being killed. Although Dadda Tyagi believes his younger son has passed away, it is still unclear which of them perished.

 

The Family of Yadav

Uttar Pradesh’s chief minister is SP Yadav. Prior to the election, he begs Kaleen Bhaiya to refrain from taking violent action. But Kaleen Bhaiya suggests that he cooperate with others so that he can win. Kaleen is offered a position in SP Yadav’s political party in the meantime. Munna is asked by Kaleen Bhaiya to assist Madhuri Yadav, the daughter of SP Yadav, with her election campaign. Over the course of the campaign, Madhuri grows fond of Munna. Munna is advised to wed Madhuri by Kaleen bhaiya in order to secure significant political support. In the meantime, JP Yadav, SP Yadav’s younger brother, kills him. Together with Kaleen bhaiya, Madhuri forces JP Yadav to resign as chief minister by drawing him into a sexual scandal. At the party gathering, Madhuri puts forward her name to become the future chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, whereas Kaleen bhaiya believes he would be the one.

Babar Khan and Maqbool

Maqbool is Kaleen Bhaiya’s go-to goon and bodyguard. But soon enough, he learns that Guddu Pandit is working with his own nephew, Babar Khan. After a confrontation where he is planning to kill his nephew, they agree not to obstruct each other’s efforts.
